Senior Financial Planning Administrator / Senior IFA Administrator
Salary: £35,000+ (depending on experience)
Pebble Financial is an established, independent financial planning practice based in Shoreham-by-Sea. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional level of service to our clients and are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator to become a key member of our friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or Wealth Management practice who enjoys working in a varied, client-focused role and takes pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard.
About the Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Financial Advisers, managing client cases from initial application through to completion and ensuring that every client receives outstanding service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage new business from application through to completion.
· Prepare documentation for client annual reviews.
· Process ongoing servicing transactions including contributions, withdrawals, fund switches and policy alterations.
· Liaise with product providers, platforms and pension companies to obtain information and progress cases.
· Maintain accurate client records using our back-office systems and CRM.
· Prepare client valuations, illustrations and supporting documentation.
· Monitor outstanding business and proactively chase providers to ensure timely completion.
· Respond professionally to client enquiries by telephone and email.
· Support Financial Advisers with the day-to-day administration of their client portfolios.
· Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FCA regulations, company procedures and compliance requirements.
· Maintain excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
About You
· Previous experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), Financial Planning or Wealth Management practice is essential.
· A strong understanding of pensions, investments and protection products.
· Experience using financial services back-office systems.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Outstanding attention to detail.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
· The ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining exceptional accuracy.
· A positive, proactive and professional approach.
· A genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service.
