eCommerce Assistant
Innovation Flooring is one of Scotland's fastest-growing independent flooring retailers, and our online business is expanding rapidly. We're looking for an ambitious eCommerce Assistant to take ownership of our website and help drive the next stage of growth.
This isn't a role for someone who simply updates products. We want someone who understands eCommerce, spots opportunities, improves performance and enjoys growing an online business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and updating our Shopify website
- Creating and improving product listings
- Monitoring website performance and conversion rates
- Improving the customer journey and user experience
- Planning and launching online promotions
- Working with SEO, email marketing and digital advertising
- Analysing sales data and making recommendations for growth
- Identifying new opportunities to increase online sales
- Working alongside our team to help expand the business
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven eCommerce experience (Shopify experience is preferred)
- Understands SEO, Google Analytics and online marketing
- Is organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Has excellent written English and attention to detail
- Thinks commercially and enjoys improving results
- Wants to be part of a growing business where their ideas will genuinely make a difference
