We are looking for an experienced Production Operative with a strong background in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working with production machinery in a fast-paced setting. Work Location: VN Labs, Beacon Road, Manchester, Trafford Park, M17 1AF
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 6.30am – 2.30pm
Salary: £28,001.52

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative you will be responsible for the below
· To ensure the working plan provided by the supervisor/ manager is followed.
· To check all the components for the current work order and the liquid for it (caps, bottles, labels, cartons, liquid, and flavor).
· To observe machine operations to ensure the products are filled with a high standard of quality.
· To regulate the machine flow speed, labels level or anything that may need adjustment.
· To stop /reset the machine when it is needed, clear machine jams, defective products, clean and remove damaged materials.
· To monitor the production line, watching for problems such as jams or spillages and try to prevent them.
· To have a strong understanding of the machines they work with.
· To ensure any damaged or broken components are discarded and reported.
· To ensure the correct expiry date and correct barcode label are on the base of the Compact Display Unit.
· To record the packing information on specified forms for the above.
· To ensure once the pallets are finished their supervisor/manager is informed and all records are handed in.
· To verify compliance with quality, safety, product standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment.
· To ensure their working place is kept tidy during the shift and thoroughly clean the station after the shift is finished.
· To perform any related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
· To be able to work in a team environment.
· To ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained and compliant.
Previous Experience and Qualifications:
· Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
· Experience operating or working alongside production machinery
· Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality output
· Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent organisational skills
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Skills Of Candidate
· Proven ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
· Ability to lift barrels, pallets, and boxes safely
· Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
· Flexible and adaptable approach to daily tasks
