Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented FireScec Doorset Assembly Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality fire-rated doorsets, ensuring they meet safety standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities
- Assemble fire-rated doorsets using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment with precision and care
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and safety protocols to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct inspections of components and finished doorsets to verify proper fit, function, and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while adhering to quality standards
- Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking parts and materials used during assembly
- Report any defects or issues promptly to supervisors for resolution
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, and wrenches
- Experience operating power tools safely and effectively in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Prior assembly experience, preferably within a warehouse or industrial setting
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures including inventory control and material handling
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £12.71-£19.64 per hour
