We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our specialist deep‑clean team. This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday), with participation in an evening and weekend on‑call rota once fully trained, with additional pay.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands‑on role delivering a range of specialist cleaning services, including:
Commercial deep cleans
- Carpet cleaning
- Hard‑floor cleaning
- Toilets and washrooms
- Kitchens
- High‑level and general dusting
Communal deep cleans
- Floors and communal areas within blocks of flats (carpeted and hard‑floor areas)
Specialist services
- Cleaning customers’ homes, including carpets and soft furnishings
- Supporting with fire and restoration work when required
You’ll be travelling between sites across Bristol, Gloucester and surrounding areas. A company van is provided, and driving time is paid.
What we’re looking for
- Someone based in Swindon
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- A team player with excellent attention to detail
