This is not a role for someone who wants to join something established. It's for someone who wants play a part in building it with the existing team.
We're recruiting a Business Development Manager to join the ground floor of a new team with a clear mandate: transformational growth for a fintech scale-up, and a genuine say in how the team gets there. You'll carry a full new-business pipeline across IFAs, corporates, charities and private clients, from first contact to funded business, with the autonomy to run it your way and the commercial judgement to make it work.

- A proven track record in any B2B sales environment — you don't need financial services experience, you need evidence you can win business and hit numbers
- A solution-focused, growth mindset — you treat failure as data, not a verdict
- Resilience and ambition in equal measure — individually competitive, but you understand that your reputation is built on the team's success as much as your own
- The discipline to run a pipeline properly — forecasting, CRM accuracy, follow-through, not just the ability to charm a room
What you'll get:
- £50,000 basic salary, OTE £64,500 at target, £73,600+ at high performance, uncapped

Based in or able to commute to Thurlby. Office-based, with flexibility where the role demands it.
