Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PCB Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in PCB manufacturing. This role will involve managing ISO 9000 documentation, serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality issues, and investigating problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of ISO 9000 documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to product quality.
- Investigate quality issues and non-conformities, employing problem-solving techniques to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain effective quality control processes for PCB manufacturing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team to uphold high standards of quality.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, summarising findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.
Qualifications: (desirable but not limited to)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within the PCB industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00pm or 9:00 - 5:00pm
