We're looking for friendly, confident, and enthusiastic Bartenders to join the team at Sway Bar. From crafting premium cocktails and pouring perfect pints to serving guests during live sports, corporate events, and weekend parties, every shift brings something new.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and serving a wide range of drinks, from classic cocktails to premium spirits, beers, and wines.
- Delivering friendly, memorable service to every guest.
- Recommending drinks, upselling promotions, and sharing your product knowledge.
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised throughout your shift.
- Working efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Supporting your teammates to keep service running smoothly.
- Helping create the fun, energetic atmosphere that makes Sway a great place to visit.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Someone who enjoys meeting new people and working as part of a team.
- Confidence working behind a busy bar.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous bartending experience is a bonus, but if you've got the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need.
