Join the Award-Winning Team at Kimberley – Caravan Dealer of the Year 2026
Full time and part time opportunities available
At Kimberley, we're passionate about helping people discover the freedom of caravanning and motorhoming. Whether it's a weekend escape, a family holiday, or a lifelong dream of exploring the open road, we're committed to delivering an exceptional experience from the first visit to many years of happy ownership.
Following our success as Caravan Dealer of the Year 2026 and Runner-Up in 2025, we're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Warranty Administrator to join our busy Aftersales Department.
This role is primarily focused on warranty administration, working closely with our workshop team, customers, and manufacturers to ensure warranty claims are managed accurately, efficiently, and proactively.
It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, is comfortable working with numbers and technical information, and takes pride in getting the details right.
3 years Previous experience in a similar role is ideal, but full training will be provided for the right person.
The Role
Every great adventure needs a little support behind the scenes.
As a Warranty Administrator, you'll play an important role in making sure our customers' vehicles are looked after and that warranty claims are handled correctly from start to finish.
You'll work closely with manufacturers and our workshop team, ensuring claims are submitted accurately, followed up promptly, and invoiced correctly. You'll also be a key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and helping to make their Aftersales experience as straightforward as possible.
This is a varied role where attention to detail really matters. You'll need to be comfortable moving between customer communication, administration, manufacturer queries, warranty claims, bookings, and general support for the Aftersales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer manufacturer warranty claims from submission through to completion.
- Prepare detailed and accurate warranty claims, supporting the workshop and service team where required.
- Invoice completed warranty claims to manufacturers.
- Register new caravans and motorhomes for warranty.
- Monitor outstanding claims and proactively chase manufacturers for updates.
- Follow up warranty orders and parts to obtain dispatch and delivery dates.
- Ensure warranty revenue is maximised through accurate and timely claim submission and invoicing.
- Process unused parts back into stock and ensure faulty parts are returned for credit where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate work-in-progress documentation and customer paperwork.
- Make and manage service and repair appointments in line with workshop capacity.
- Welcome customers and act as a friendly first point of contact when they arrive.
- Manage customer vehicle drop-offs and collections.
- Keep customers proactively updated on outstanding warranty claims and repairs.
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Build strong working relationships with manufacturers and respond to incoming queries and tasks.
- Support colleagues with general administrative duties.
- Assist with quality control processes, including helping to ensure completed repairs are clearly communicated to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant information is captured on the appropriate systems.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, accurate, proactive, and enjoys getting things right.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Methodical and thorough in their approach.
- Confident communicating with customers, colleagues, and manufacturers.
- Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and financial information.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive and confident using their own initiative.
- Comfortable working to deadlines.
- A strong team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
- Confident using telephone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Technically minded and interested in learning how caravans and motorhomes work.
- Keen to learn and develop their knowledge within the leisure vehicle industry.
Experience
3 years Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role would be ideal along with service administration, accounts, finance, customer service, or a similar administrative role would be advantageous.
Experience using a Dealer Management System, such as Kerridge or Navigator, would also be beneficial.
However, we're more interested in finding the right person than simply ticking boxes. Full training will be provided, so if you have strong administration skills, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
