Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
Location: Colnbrook, Berkshire

RASCOR UK Ltd is looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. This role will support both tendering and commercial management of construction projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, take-offs and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Manage variations and additional works.
- Assist with applications for payment and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and commercial performance.
- Liaise with clients, project managers and site teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or a similar commercial role.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
