Team Coordinator – Retail (Part-Time, Permanent)
£14 per hour | 36 hours per week | Weekend availability required
The Team Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store. You’ll lead and support the team to achieve KPI targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with our core values.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines and sales floor management
Lead, coach, and develop the team to meet sales targets and performance goals
Manage HR tasks including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
Build strong relationships with artists and creatives, ensuring policy compliance and business support
Drive exceptional customer service and maintain health, safety, and security standards
Implement loss prevention procedures and manage damaged or missing stock
Champion company values and maintain a positive, motivating work environment
About You
Aligned with our values and mission
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role
Confident leader with experience coaching and holding teams accountable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable using retail and office systems (POS, Microsoft 365, Workforce or similar)
