Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service
- Take orders from guests, answer questions about menu items, and recommend popular beverages or specials
- Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-serving
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
