James Price's Garage Ltd is growing, and we're looking for an organised, confident and friendly Front of House / Service Advisor to become the face of our busy, family-run garage.

What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and providing outstanding customer service.
- Answering telephone calls, emails and enquiries.
- Managing the workshop diary to keep the day running smoothly.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and MOTs.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the process.
- Preparing invoices and taking payments.
- Ordering parts and working with suppliers.
- Supporting the workshop team to maximise efficiency.
- Identifying additional work where it genuinely benefits the customer.
What we're looking for:
- A confident and friendly communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and creating a positive first impression.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Motor trade experience would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
