Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through active client development and account management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your assigned territory
- Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term customers
- Develop effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market penetration
- Drive sales growth across UK and European markets
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
- Handle customer enquiries, pricing discussions, and order-related issues
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Market Development
- Explore new markets, customer segments, and sales channels
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide feedback on customer needs and product opportunities
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
