What You’ll Do as an Agricultural Engineer:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural machinery and heavy plant equipment from leading brands.
- Service and repair hydraulic systems, GPS technology, and advanced machine components, ensuring optimum performance.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining customer satisfaction and safety standards.
- Work across workshop and mobile service environments, providing on-site support to customers as needed.
What We’re Looking For in an Agricultural Engineer:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or higher in Land-Based Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or a related field. Candidates with 8+ years of relevant experience are also welcome.
- Experience: Proficiency with diagnostic tools in agricultural or heavy plant machinery is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills.
- Team Player: Willingness to support the team, particularly during busy harvest seasons with overtime opportunities.
