We’re Hiring: Vehicle Technician
BMW & MINI Specialist in Cardiff
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled, motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy and well-established workshop on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
This is an additional role within the team not a replacement as the business continues to expand.
This is a role for someone who takes real pride in their work — not just turning up and getting through the day but delivering a high standard every time as part of a strong team.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
- A team player who works well with others
- Passionate about quality workmanship
- Experienced and confident in repairs
- Organised and able to manage their workload
- Reliable and takes ownership of their work Ideally experienced with BMW & MINI (or similar level vehicles).
What you’ll be doing:
- Servicing and repairs to a high standard
- Working as part of a professional, supportive team
- Supporting a clean and organised workspace
