About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our team and develop practical experience across face-to-face sales, traditional marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign operations.
The role begins at an entry-level stage, where you'll learn our products and services, develop knowledge of the clients and campaigns you represent, and build confidence in customer-facing sales and professional business practices.
As you gain experience and demonstrate the relevant skills, you may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities involving team support, campaign coordination, coaching, and management.
Please note: this is an on-site, customer-facing position focused on offline sales and marketing. It is not an office-based management or digital marketing role.
Previous management experience is not required, as training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients through offline, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
- Engage directly with customers and communicate information about products and services.
- Learn the products, services, clients, and campaigns you represent.
- Support customer acquisition and sales activity.
- Develop practical skills in communication, customer engagement, and sales.
- Work towards individual and team campaign objectives.
- Learn how campaigns are delivered, monitored, and managed.
- Work alongside experienced team members and apply training and feedback.
- Support day-to-day campaign activity.
- As your experience develops, gain exposure to team coordination, coaching, and additional management responsibilities.
Training and Development
The initial training period is designed to give you a clear understanding of the business before taking on additional responsibilities.
Training will cover:
- Product and service knowledge.
- Client and campaign information.
- Face-to-face customer communication.
- Sales and customer acquisition techniques.
- Campaign procedures and objectives.
- Professional communication and client representation.
- Team organisation and campaign operations.
You'll receive ongoing coaching and feedback to help develop your sales, communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Progression into additional responsibilities is performance-based and depends on an individual's development, product and client knowledge, and ability to demonstrate the skills required for the next stage.

Important Information About the Role
This is an on-site, face-to-face sales and marketing position.
The role involves regular direct interaction with customers as part of offline sales and marketing campaigns. It is not a remote, hybrid, telesales, digital marketing, social media, or office-based management role. This is a self-employed position.
Compensation: Base guarantee with commissions.
