UK Phoenix Healthcare Limited is seeking a motivated and professional 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role will suit someone who can manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish, working across sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and placement within a busy health and social care environment.

Role Overview
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activity across care and healthcare roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a responsive service to hiring managers. You will be confident working independently, organised in your approach, and able to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer stage and placement.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess suitability for care-based roles.
- Work closely with managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment documentation in line with internal processes.
- Support onboarding, compliance checks and right-to-work processes.
- Promote UK Phoenix Healthcare as an employer of choice within the care sector.
- Ensure a professional, timely and candidate-focused recruitment experience.
- Liaise with operational teams to support service continuity and staffing requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role.
- Experience recruiting within health and social care is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
- A proactive and professional approach.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
