About the Role
TLC Landscape Care Ltd is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Gardener to join our growing team. You will be working across a variety of domestic gardens in the local area, helping to maintain high presentation standards and delivering quality workmanship to our clients.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in all seasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, edging and lawn care treatments
- Hedge cutting and shrub pruning
- Planting, weeding and border maintenance
- Seasonal tidy-ups and leaf clearance
- Basic soft landscaping tasks
- Using and maintaining garden machinery safely
- Ensuring sites are left clean, tidy and presentable
- Communicating professionally with clients when required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in garden maintenance (minimum 2 year preferred)
- Good plant knowledge (desirable but not essential)
- Confident using pedestrian mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
