We are seeking a high-calibre Relationship Manager to manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of senior executives. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will build a deep understanding of each Member’s business, leadership and career objectives and curate a tailored programme of support to deliver meaningful value throughout their membership.
This is a highly relationship-driven and commercially focused role requiring professional gravitas, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in leadership and business.
Key Responsibilities

- Build trusted relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives and other senior leaders across a broad range of industries and organisations.
- Develop a strong understanding of each Member’s business, strategic and career objectives and create a bespoke programme of support aligned to their needs.
- Maintain regular and meaningful engagement with Members through meetings, calls and Criticaleye activities.
- Proactively connect Members with relevant peers, Board Mentors, Thought Leaders, insights and other opportunities across the Criticaleye Community.
- Facilitate high-value peer-to-peer connections, Pop-up Boards, discussion groups and executive mentoring relationships.
- Monitor Member engagement and value throughout the membership journey, maintaining accurate records of activity, progress and outcomes.
Retention & Commercial Growth
- Take ownership of Member retention and renewals, ensuring Members continue to recognise and experience the value of the Criticaleye Community.
- Identify opportunities to deepen Member engagement, support account development and generate additional revenue where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with Business Development and Account Management colleagues to ensure the effective handover and ongoing support of new Members and corporate accounts.
- Gather Member feedback and community insights to help inform and continuously develop Criticaleye’s service offering.
Collaboration & Community
- Work closely with Board Mentors and colleagues across Relationship Management, Business Development, Operations, Editorial, Marketing and Events to deliver a seamless Member experience.
- Support and participate in Criticaleye’s programme of executive events, including retreats, roundtables, forums and other Member activities.
- Share relevant Member insights across teams and contribute proactively to cross-team discussions and initiatives.

- Strong commercial awareness and a natural ability to identify opportunities and sell in a diplomatic, professional and relationship-led way.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, discretion and sound judgement.
- A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholder requirements.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across different teams.
- An interest in business, leadership, organisational strategy and the issues facing senior executives.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom and other business systems.
