As we head into our busy summer season, we’re looking for reliable Garment Folding & Packing Operatives to join our production team on a full-time shift.
This role is focused on folding, packing, and preparing garments for dispatch. It’s ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, good pace, and pride in presenting products to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Folding garments neatly and consistently to company standards
- Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Checking garments and orders for quality before dispatch
- Matching products to order details, labels, and packing requirements
- Keeping packing stations clean, organised, and stocked
- Working to daily packing targets and supporting team KPIs
- Following standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency
- Supporting teammates during busy periods
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for people who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and happy working full-time shifts
- Detail-focused with pride in neat, accurate work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or fulfilment environment
- Able to stay focused while carrying out repetitive tasks
- Organised, practical, and willing to learn
- Positive team players who can work well with others
Previous packing, warehouse, fulfilment, or garment experience is helpful, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
