The Role
Reporting to the Patient Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting business growth by delivering outstanding 5‑star service and converting patient enquiries into bookings.
Working in a central team environment, you’ll:
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and digital channels
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
- Provide expert guidance on treatments and services
- Confidently convert enquiries into appointments
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and track activity
You’ll be supported to succeed, with an uncapped commission structure rewarding your performance.
Working Hours
Full-time, 42 hours per week on a planned rota. Weekend commitment is minimal, with 1.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday every 5–6 weeks.
- Monday: 8:00am – 7:00pm (finish at 4pm when working on Sat/Sun)
- Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (with one half day per week)
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales, lead management, or a target-driven role
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Confident communicating and building rapport with people
- Driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
