What you'll do:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyse financial performance and identify trends and variances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain financial records.
- Prepare financial reports for management to support decision-making.
- Monitor business costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Assist with cash flow reporting and financial analysis.
- Work closely with internal departments to support financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and finance software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Previous accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A finance-related qualification or progress toward a professional accounting qualification is advantageous but not required.

Pay: £4,500.00-£6,500.00 per month
