As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Administration Assistant to help promote our brands while providing general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Duties
- Manage and update company social media platforms
- Create engaging content, including posts, photos, videos, and promotional campaigns
- Update website content and product listings
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements
- Monitor marketing performance and provide basic reports
- Support the promotion of new build developments, renewable products, and fuels division offerings
Administration Duties
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Taking orders for our fuel department
- Organise meetings, appointments, and diaries as required
- General office administration and filing
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in marketing, administration, or a similar role
- Strong social media and digital marketing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software would be advantageous
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn
