- Supporting student welfare and addressing feedback or concerns professionally
Administration & Operations
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school — scheduling, resourcing, and general office management
- Assisting with student accommodation and travel bookings
- Helping ensure compliance with British Council and other accreditation standards
- Maintaining databases and filing systems, and providing general administrative support to the CEO, Director of Studies, and Director of Operations
- Managing school social media content and enquiries
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Sales or business development experience, ideally in education, hospitality, or a related service industry
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable with CRM systems, databases, and general office software
- A team player who's happy to get involved wherever needed
- Multi-lingual candidates are preferred
- Interest in international education and working with a diverse student population is a big plus
Why Join Us
- Be part of a growing, internationally-minded school
