Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any inquiries or needs they may have. Your ability to upsell menu items and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will contribute significantly to our establishment's success.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- take guests through the journey of our tasting menus while providing recommendations and selling techniques
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention and genuine hospitality throughout their visit.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or as a Server in a premium/Michelin star environment advantageous.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for the culinary arts and willingness to learn is required.
