MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR REQUIRED
Location: Rayleigh, Essex
Office-Based Role
Position: Permanent
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Our client, is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team based in Rayleigh, Essex.
Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate mechanical estimates and tender submissions
Reviewing specifications, drawings, and project documentation
Producing cost plans and take-offs
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
Supporting the successful delivery of bids and tenders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the Building Services / M&E sector
Strong knowledge of mechanical services installations
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
