Ord House Country Park is recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our team, helping to maintain the exceptional standards of our hire fleet holiday homes.
The park currently has three hire fleet caravans, with guest check-ins and check-outs taking place every Monday and Friday. As such, this role requires someone who is available to work every Monday and Friday, approximately 10:00am – 4:00pm.
We are looking for someone with previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, excellent attention to detail, and pride in delivering consistently high standards. Cleanliness and presentation are extremely important in maintaining the park’s 5-star reputation, and every holiday home must be prepared to an impeccable standard for guest arrivals.
Duties will include:
- Cleaning holiday homes following guest check-out
- Changing bedding and towels
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and kitchen areas
- Carrying out regular deep-cleaning and detailed housekeeping tasks
- Reporting maintenance issues and health & safety concerns to management
This role will occasionally involve interaction with guests, so applicants should be friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers.

There may occasionally be a requirement to support other areas of the park with cleaning tasks, such as the touring shower block and Bar & Grill.
