The Role: We are looking for a highly driven individual with energy and a hunger to learn. You must be a team player to join our outstanding sales team. Do you have a strong interest in interiors? If so then this role is perfect for you as the role in interiors based. Are you excited by delivering first class customer service, helping clients to maximise their property potential? Are you interested in an extremely varied and challenging role? You will be the main point of contact for clients who have queries about products, orders and general sales enquiries ensuring we maximise on all business aspects and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the progression of order from receipt from customer to completion
- Dealing with high volumes of email enquiries and managing them in a timely manner
- Schedule jobs for delivery with the operations manager and book jobs in with the customer
- Day to day liaising with the installation teams to ensure all goes to plan
- Ensure all admin duties are completed
- Answer the telephone promptly and in a professional and polite manner
- Deal with telephone enquiries or refer to the appropriate colleague
- Greet visitors to the showroom in a professional and polite manner
- Process sales orders via email or telephone
- Identify opportunities to ‘upsell’ products
- Assist with any business generation activities or events
- Check product availability with suppliers and also and do internal stock checks
- Offer alternative products to clients wherever appropriate to do so
- Make outbound sales telephone calls to retain a close relationship with all clients
- Stay up to date with new products and offers
- Achieve KPI's targets as agreed with the Sales Director
The Person:
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and methodical
- Strong IT skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to work in a lively, fast paced environment
- Level-headed and able to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail is paramount for this role.
- An interest in interiors / interior design would be a huge bonus as this role involves working with customers / property developers to try and help them present their property in the best way. Maybe you see yourself as a bit of an interior designer who enjoys working on your own home to make it look as good as possible.
- Perfect role for someone recently graduated in Interior Design as some of the role involves designing furniture packages to suit the clients properties

Desirable skills
- Sales / Retail experience within the Furniture / Furnishings / Home Interiors Sector
- Customer Service experience
- Working experience of the UK Private Rented Sector (PRS) Market / Letting Agent / Estate Agency experience would be good but not essential
- Experience of Adobe Photoshop / Canva / Sketchup would be great advantage but not essential
- Experience of Unleashed software would also be an advantage but not essential as training will be given
