JOB LOCATION: Muthu Clumber Park Hotel & Spa, Worksop
CONTRACT TYPE: Zero Hours
We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to join our friendly and professional spa team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and is looking to grow within a well-established international hotel group.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of treatments, including massage, facials, and body treatments
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all guests
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Promote spa treatments, services, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supplies are maintained
- Communicate guest feedback and any concerns to management
- Participate in ongoing training and development
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
- Ability to build strong relationships with guests
Requirements
- NVQ/SVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in spa or beauty treatments preferred
- Good knowledge of spa, wellness, and beauty treatments
