Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Experience Massage Specialist or Japanese Head Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional head spa and massage treatments rooted in Japanese techniques, providing clients with revitalizing experiences that promote relaxation, wellness, and beauty. Your expertise will help elevate our service standards and ensure every guest leaves feeling refreshed and pampered. Duties
- Perform specialized Japanese head spa treatments, including scalp cleansing, massage, and hair care routines that promote relaxation and scalp health
- Deliver professional massage services tailored to individual client needs, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout each session
- Blow dry or partially dry for clients as requested, enhancing their natural hair with skillful techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area following hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Assist in promoting the spa’s services through friendly engagement and professional presentation
Experience
- Proven experience as a massage therapist with specialization in lymphatic drainage massage/hot stone/ deep tissue Japanese head spa techniques or similar modalities
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Prior experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting is preferred.
- Weekend Availability is Must.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
