Our dedicated team of paint and preparation professionals are at the heart of this ambition — and we’re now looking for an Body Shop Technician to take our paintshop to the next level.

What you’ll be doing
- Carry out initial preparation work on receipt of bare metal chassis to move into epoxy primer
- Final metal finessing
- Remove minor imperfections from body work
- Prepare smooth surface to the highest standard, ready for paint
- Flat and polish finished paintwork – standards include OEM+, Show and Concours dependant on customer
- Collaborate closely with other departments and project managers to keep restorations on schedule, using project plans and Gantt charts.
- Share expertise and provide guidance to junior team members, supporting our culture of craftsmanship and learning.
What we’re looking for
- Highly skilled and passionate Body Shop Technician: Confident with technical equipment and working with precision tools to deliver a high end consistent finish
- Expert blocking skills: The ability to create the perfectly prepared for paint surface
- Teamwork: Working with painter to ensure consistent process led paint finish.
Workshop knowledge: Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle repair (or Equivalent), + some exposure to the high end paintwork environment
- Attention to detail: Pride in delivering perfectly restored vehicles
Professional work ethic: Self-motivated, punctual and able to manage your own workload while contributing positively to the team.
Process-driven: Capable of recording progress and working to project plans using Microsoft Office.
