We are looking for a reliable, professional and conscientious Part-Time Field Operative / Viewings Clerk to join our team, covering Aylesbury and the surrounding Buckinghamshire area.

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of property-related duties, including:
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants/buyers
- Carrying out general property inspections
- Completing key handovers and collections
- Checking properties and reporting any issues identified
- Liaising professionally with clients, tenants, landlords and contractors
- Providing feedback following viewings and inspections
- Ensuring keys and properties are handled securely and responsibly
- Carrying out other general field-based property duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident dealing with members of the public
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable working alone and managing your own schedule
- Flexible and available to accommodate viewings and inspections
- Ideally experienced within the property, lettings or estate agency industry
- A confident driver with a full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle is essential, as the role involves travelling between properties
Previous experience within estate agency, lettings, property management or a similar property-related role would be highly advantageous, although applications from candidates with strong customer service and field-based experience will also be considered.
