The Assistant Practitioner is responsible for ensuring that the standard of care across all shifts is consistently high: in line with company procedures and best practice. The Assistant Practitioner will coach and mentor Carers and must take charge of the Shift when asked to do so by the Nurse or the Registered Manager.
