Laundry Operative – Harveys Laundry, Glasgow
Harveys Laundry are looking for Laundry Operatives to join our busy, friendly team based near Ibrox in Glasgow.
Established since 1996, Harveys Laundry is one of Scotland’s leading laundry suppliers to hotels, restaurants, health facilities and apartments.
This is a fast-paced role working across all laundry departments including:
- SORTING the linen received for laundering, separating and counting it
- WASHING and drying the linen received from each customer
- IRONING feeding all items in to the ironed and folding them on the other end
- PACKING all finished products for the customer

The role requires people who can:
- Work efficiently to achieve daily targets
- Maintain excellent standards of quality and accuracy
- Take ownership of their work and be accountable for performance
- Communicate well and support colleagues as part of a team
- Help ensure customer requirements are met to a high standard every day
- Monitor special orders and requests to ensure contractual requirements are met
- You must be available to work at least 3 full days per week between Monday-Sunday
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, although previous production line or warehouse experience would be an advantage.
Please note this is a physically demanding, target based job.
Weekly pay | National Minimum Wage | Immediate starts available
