The role.
We're looking for an Account Executive to join our account management team, supporting and working closely with the Account Director across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll play a key role in day-to-day account and project management, helping to keep client work on track, well-organised, and delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities.
- Support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Work closely with specialists, including strategy, design, content, web, search, and social.
- Help prepare client reports, status updates, and meeting agendas.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, flagging risks or delays early.
- Attend client meetings, taking clear notes and following up on actions.
- Support the wider account team with general administration and account processes.
Requirements.
- 6–12 months' experience in an agency environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive problem-solver who can spot issues early and help find solutions.
- Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, internally and with clients.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Experience working with project management tools.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
