About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our growing fresh flower distribution team. You will play a key role in ensuring fresh flowers are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and unload fresh flower deliveries.
- Complete daily delivery schedules accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to maintain freshness and quality.
- Carry out vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles.
- Complete delivery paperwork and use handheld devices or delivery apps where required.
- Report delivery issues, vehicle defects, or customer concerns promptly.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist with warehouse duties, stock movement, and order preparation when required.
Skills and ExperienceEssential
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 penalty points).
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving flower buckets, boxes, and trolleys safely.
Desirable
- Previous delivery driving experience.
- Experience within logistics, distribution, warehousing, or the horticultural industry.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
