Samba Soccer Schools is recruiting Venue Managers across London ahead of the new academic year.
We're looking for experienced, reliable and confident football coaches who are ready to step into a leadership role, taking responsibility for their own venue, coaching team and overall session delivery each week.

We currently have opportunities across London:
- Hayes: Fridays, 6:00pm–8:00pm
- King's Cross: Saturdays, 10:00am–12:00pm
- Hounslow: Saturdays, 1:30pm–3:30pm
- Kensington: Saturdays, 2:15pm–4:15pm
- Hammersmith: Saturdays, 3:00pm–5:00pm
- Brent: Sundays, 10:00am–12:00pm
- Marylebone: Sundays, 12:00pm–3:00pm
- Welling: Sundays, 3:00pm–5:00pm
Candidates can apply for one or multiple locations, depending on availability and travelling distance.
We also have additional coaching opportunities across London, so we'd still encourage strong candidates to apply if the above sessions don't suit your availability.
Start dates: From Saturday 12th September, depending on the venue.
The Role
As a Venue Manager, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for ensuring your Samba Soccer Schools venue runs to the highest standard each week.
You'll lead and support your coaching team, oversee the running of the venue and create an outstanding experience for every child and parent.
Our coaching philosophy is centred around Joga Bonito, focusing on three key areas:
Skill Development – Breaking techniques down into simple, progressive steps children can build on.
Creativity & Confidence – Encouraging freedom of expression and fearless play.
Fun & Energy – Delivering high-energy sessions designed to keep children engaged and excited to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and independently manage your venue each week
- Support, monitor and provide feedback to your coaching team
- Maintain high standards of coaching and session delivery
- Be the main point of contact for parents at your venue
- Oversee registers, equipment and general venue operations
- Complete risk assessments and oversee safeguarding
- Liaise professionally with venue staff
- Step into coaching when required
- Support trialists and new member conversions
Requirements
- Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification or equivalent
- Previous football coaching experience
- Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident supporting and managing other coaches
- Reliable and able to commit to the same session each week
- Live within reasonable travelling distance of your chosen venue
