This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-volume, branded kitchen where you'll work alongside an experienced Head Chef, lead a talented brigade, and help deliver exceptional food and guest experiences.
The Role
- Support the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen.
- Lead, coach and develop junior chefs.
- Maintain outstanding food quality and consistency.
- Manage stock, ordering and food costs.
- Ensure excellent food safety and compliance standards.
About You
- Experienced Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up.
- Background in hotels, branded restaurants or high-volume kitchens.
- Passionate about quality food and developing people.
- Organised, hands-on and calm under pressure.
