An exciting opportunity to look after our Brow Boutique in Chelsea.
You will be responsible for overseeing the growth and success of our most successful brow boutique. You will run day-to-day operations, provide an exceptional customer experience and manage a team to deliver premium brow, lash and well-being services. This role is key to growth the community, especially as it welcomes daily visits from press and high-profile clients, and to create a welcoming environment while maintaining the professional standards. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, supporting staff development, and ensuring the store operates seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused manager who can:
- Lead a team with confidence and positivity, motivating them to meet service and retail targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, especially to our press clientele, ensuring each visit is flawless and professional.
- Handle all front-of-house operations, including bookings, payments, and ensuring a premium store environment.
- Drive sales through both services and retail, implementing promotional activities and minimising every opportunity.
- Manage staff rotas, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company standards, including grooming and uniform guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring the store is always immaculate.
- Handle any operational challenges with quick problem-solving skills, including out-of-hours emergencies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in retail, beauty, or a similar industry, preferably a Beauty Therapist.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both with staff and high-profile clients.
- A passion for Beauty Services.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional out-of-hours.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
