Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to join our well-established admin team.

Reporting to the SHEQ Compliance Manager UK they would be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing quotations and reviewing content
- Processing completed jobs
- Updating the PPM system
- Processing purchase orders
- Monitor and action compliance on contracts
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Processing laboratory results on water samples
- Invoicing
- Updating the PPM system
- Answering phone calls
- Liaising with clients
- Contract renewals
- Using Sage, CRM and an in-house system, Watermanage
- Actioning company email inboxes
- Supporting Contracts Manager
- Facilitate contracts
- Monitor Compliance on Contracts
- Setting up Suppliers
- Informing BDMs of potential quotes
- Dealing with incoming queries
- Generating reports
- Being a point of call for Contract Managers
- Completing work in accordance to documented procedures
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounts is Essential
This is a full-time position subject to a 6-month probationary period and in return the company is offering the following:
- 20-days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (Rising by 1 day per full calendar year to a max of 25)
