We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and organise files, records, and documentation using software such as Word and Excel.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using IT tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows.
- Utilise Outlook for scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is highly desirable.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
