The Asset and Investment team are an ambitious forward thinking service, and we are looking for like minded individuals.
The health, safety, and compliance function is critical in ensuring the service complies with its regulatory and statutory responsibilities across a wide range of functions.
This is a key role within the business unit so you’ll need to be solutions focused, innovative and want to drive up service standards.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role previously, will have ideas about how to modernise our service, utilising systems where appropriate and have a suitable qualification in Health and Safety, but most importantly, you must have a positive approach to safety with an ability to engage at all levels.
This is a diverse role and you’ll need to have broad range of experience, ideally including construction, and general office safety.
You’ll be the first of contact for all matters relating to Health, Safety and Compliance, and part of your brief will be to further develop and improve the procedures and culture within the service and to provide leadership to other members of the team.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you’ll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer services.
For an informal discussion, please contact Tara Skidmore, Head of Assets and Investment by email: [email protected].
Closing Date: 4th August 2026
Interview Date: 13th August 2026
