After School Club Sports Coach
We're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Sports Coach to join our team at In2Care,
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with primary-aged children and has a passion for sport, active play and creating a fun, engaging environment where every child feels included.
At In2Care, we deliver high-quality after school clubs that encourage children to be active, build confidence, develop friendships and most importantly, have fun. Every session is different, and we're looking for someone who can confidently lead games, encourage participation and create a positive atmosphere where children can thrive.
As part of our team, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering a variety of sports, team games and active activities, whilst supporting both child-led and adult-led play. You'll be confident managing groups of children, setting clear expectations and using positive behaviour management strategies to ensure sessions are safe, inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

Days: Monday – Friday (Term Time Only)
Hours: 3:00pm – 4:30pm, 3.00pm-5.00pm or 3.00pm-6.00pm (Additional hours may be available during school holidays)
Location: Wildmoor Heath Primary School, Crowthorne
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with primary-aged children.
- Experience delivering sports coaching or children's activities.
- A positive, enthusiastic and approachable personality.
- Confidence leading groups and facilitating engaging activities.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to adapt activities for different ages and abilities.
- A good understanding of safeguarding.
- A team player who enjoys building positive relationships with children, families and school staff.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- A recognised sports coaching qualification (or be working towards one).
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Safeguarding training.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEND).
(Don't worry if you don't currently hold all of these qualifications – training opportunities may be available for the right candidate.)

Pay: £11.20-£14.56 per hour
