Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like Microsoft Office and our Workspace System to update records and maintain databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, downloading documents and preparing accurate records for our consultants
- Support bookkeeping activities by managing invoices, expense reports, and financial records using QuickBooks
- Maintain organised electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients, and team members
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook Calendar and Teams, and basic data entry techniques
- Prior administrative experience demonstrating effective multitasking and time management
- Strong typing skills for efficient document creation and data entry
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence management
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools like QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to deal with sensitive documentation in accordance with company policy

Tuesday - Friday
8:30am to 1pm
Flexibility around working times will be considered.
Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
