SkillZone Soccer is a forward thinking coaching organisation with over 300 junior players attending sessions in Staines, Farnham and Woking.

Part of what the players and parents love about SkillZone are the matches and fixtures against other teams. We are on the lookout for an organised and proactive Games Coordinator to support the scheduling and administration of fixtures across our Platinum and Development teams.
This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone with a passion for football and strong administrative skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams are consistently matched with appropriate opposition and that all fixture details are communicated clearly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and schedule fixtures for grassroots and academy teams
- Liaise with opposition clubs, coaches, and internal staff
- Manage weekly fixture calendars and updates
- Ensure all match details are accurate and communicated in a timely manner
- Use the 360 Player App to coordinate fixtures and team information
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of grassroots and academy football structures in Surrey (and surrounding areas)
- Confident using digital platforms, particularly 360 Player App (training will be provided)
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
