Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to deliver outstanding service
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth flow from food preparation to serving guests
- Oversee food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Train new team members on service standards, food safety procedures, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices and bar work.
- Experience in serving, barista work, or hotel hospitality is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure
- Prior experience in restaurant or gastropub environment essential.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
