We are looking to recruit a dynamic, commercially minded, enthusiastic and flexible Salesperson for our Knaresborough Store. Exposure to a furniture retail background would be advantageous, however, not essential. You must be willing to work Monday to Sunday (5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:
· Selling quality furniture and other household products to our customers
· Providing a first class level of customer service
· Greeting and liaising with customers
· Negotiating prices
· Having an in-depth product knowledge
· Processing orders and agreeing delivery arrangements
· Obtaining and inputting information via computer systems
· Checking stock levels
· Cash handling and banking procedures
Experience / Requirements for the role :
· Be computer literate and good with figures
· Have a flexible approach regarding work and working hours
· Have the ability to work well as a member of a team and to work using your own initiative
· Have a smart appearance and be well organised with a pleasant manner
· Be comfortable dealing with customers face to face and via telephone
Further Information :
You must be willing to work Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7 which may include weekends and bank holidays).
