Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Supervisor/Site Manager to oversee construction projects from start to completion. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing on-site operations, coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess smanagement skills, supervising experience, and proficiency with management tools and paperwork.
Requirements
- Experience with setting out.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
- SMSTS preferred (SSSTS may also be considered for the right candidate).
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent construction qualification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site operations.
- Ambitious, proactive, and looking for a long-term opportunity.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Proven management experience in construction or related industries
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to construction sites
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
