Enviroteam Services is a specialist water compliance business, growing rapidly across England and Scotland. We help clients meet their legal obligations under ACoP L8 and HSG274 - protecting public health through providing the full range of Legionella risk assessments, water hygiene and water treatment services.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Water Hygiene Engineer to join our England team at an exciting time for the business. You'll work alongside highly experienced colleagues, broadening your skills across the full range of water hygiene services while taking on real responsibility from day one.
The right person will gain hands-on training across the full range of water hygiene and treatment services, and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Legionella risk assessments (LRAs)
- Water temperature monitoring, sampling and shower cleans
- Cooling tower inspections and CT cleans
- TMV servicing and calorifier inspections
- Water treatment and closed system analysis
- Site logbooks, compliance reports, and client communication
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years experience in water hygiene or a closely related field
- Solid understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG274
- Keen to develop skills, take on new challenges, and build a long-term career
- Comfortable with significant travel across the Midlands and beyond - this is a field-based role and travel is a core part of the job
- Reliable, hardworking, takes pride in a job done properly
- Good communicator - comfortable on client sites
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Based within reasonable proximity to the West Midlands
Desirable but not essential: City & Guilds relating to water hygiene, water treatment or Legionella Risk Assessments, or equivalent water treatment certification
